My name is Roy Sauls and I have a Home Inspection business serving Tuolumne and Calaveras counties. I am a Certified Home Inspector and a member of NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and will adhere to the Standards of Practice put forth by that organization. After the inspection I will write an easy to read and comprehensive report (Click on red house above for a sample report) including photos within 48 hours of the inspection and either deliver it to you and your agent( if you have one) by mail, e-mail or make it available to you online thru the FetchReport button below. I will be available for any questions that may arise from the report during and after regular business hours for your convenience.

If a home seller has a Move In Certified Inspection done, there will be no charge for a re-inspection after repairs are done and concerns are corrected. There are lawn signs available, at no charge, to be used along with a real estate agents sign (if you have an agent) that says the home has been pre-inspected certified.
