The following is a price schedule for home inspections based on the square footage of the home:

             Homes up to 1500 sq. ft.                  $275.00 at time of inspection.

                                                                         $325.00 if paid thru escrow,

              Homes 1501 to 2500 sq. ft.             $300.00 at time of inspection.

                                                                          $350.00 if paid thru escrow.

              Homes 2501 to 4000 sq. ft.             $350.00 at time of inspection.

                                                                           $400.00 if paid thru escrow.

                Homes over 4001 sq. ft.                    $500.00 at time of inspection.

                                                                     $550.00  if thru escrow.
